Valentine Lodge is a luxury romantic hideaway for
two, nestling in a secluded Coombe on Limerstone Down. It has
a backdrop of woodland and stunning views across the Island out
towards the English Channel.
The property is set within ten acres of terraced
gardens, paddocks and woodland and affords seclusion, tranquillity
and some of the finest elevated views to be found on the Isle
of Wight.
The site is a haven for wildlife including Buzzards and Red Squirrels.
The picturesque village of Brighstone lies a mile to the west
and provides all local amenities, including a Post Office and
Newsagent. The Beach is five minutes from Valentine Lodge and
many footpaths are accessible locally including the Tennyson Trail.
There is a pub is within walking distance.
The property has the benefit of large picture windows to the south
and the superb views are available from all the rooms. Outside
there is a patio, private grassed area and under cover parking.
The Sitting/Dining Room has a log burning stove and relaxing,
comfortable furniture. There is also a flat screen TV and DVD
player with a Library of films.
The newly fitted Kitchen is furnished to a high standard with
a oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge with
a freezer.
The romantic Bedroom with a superkingsize bed and luxurious new
ensuite Bathroom have been decorated in a French style. Bed Linen,
towels and bathrobes are provided.
Special breaks are available for Valentine weekends, Christmas
